Mindscape Nature Walk at Panshanger Park

A gentle guided experience that blends mindful sensory exploration and nature immersion. As participants move along the trail they are invited to notice subtle sights, soothing natural sounds and calming textures beneath their feet and fingertips.

This walk is designed to quiet mental chatter, promote clarity and support emotional resilience. Through simple grounding practices, breathwork and sensory awareness, participants learn tools they can carry into daily life – helping reduce stress, improve focus and foster a deeper connection with the natural world.

Led by Wendy Henrys, Psychotherapist (Retired).

This walk will commence from the Panhanger Lane car park where parking charges will apply, payable by card or app.1–4 hours: £2.50. Over 4 hours: £4.00
