Nature Explorers at Panshanger Park

May 19, 2026

Discover, Explore, and Grow with the Nature Explorers monthly group.

Join us for exciting monthly sessions where young explorers (ages 8–12) can develop outdoor skills, spark curiosity about the natural world, and enjoy hands-on adventures in the beautiful surroundings of Panshanger Park.

Each session offers something new – from games and nature-based activities to practical skills and guided exploration – all led by our team of trained volunteers.

May’s session will be all about bees! Children will explore the park to discover the different types of bees that live at Panshanger, learn about their important role in pollination and the ecosystem, and find out which plants they love most. We’ll also plant bee-friendly wildflower seeds to help support local wildlife and head out on a fun bee hunt to spot these busy pollinators in action.
